Who can enter the Cinch Predictor promotion?Entry is open to legal residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Cinch or The PDC, their families, and anyone professionally involved with the Promotion are not eligible.
When does the promotion close?The promotion opens for entry at 08:00 on Thursday, 6 February, and closes at 19:00 on Thursday, 29 May. Note that entries will be paused every Thursday from 19:01 to 06:59 the following Friday while the games are in progress.
How can one enter the promotion?To enter, visit the promotion microsite at cinchPredictor.cinchpresents.co.uk during the entry period and predict the total number of 180s scored in the upcoming night of the PDC Premier League. Entrants must also provide their name, email address, and mobile number. Each person is limited to one entry per week, allowing for a maximum of seventeen entries across the competition.
What are the prizes to be won in the promotion?There is one grand prize consisting of a Mercedes-Benz A Class. Specific conditions include:
- The vehicle will be sourced from Cinch's current inventory in Great Britain.
- The winner will receive a minimum 6-month MOT and a 90-day warranty.
- The vehicle will be registered solely in the winner's name unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delivery will occur at an agreed address in mainland Great Britain or the Isle of Wight, or the vehicle can be collected from a Cinch store.
- The winner must arrange for their own insurance prior to delivery.
- Maintenance, servicing, and running costs are the winner's responsibility.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. Cinch reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative if necessary.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool consists of one Mercedes-Benz A Class. The exact value of the vehicle will depend on the current inventory available at the time of the prize allocation.
How will the winner be selected?All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw on Friday, 30 May. Correct predictions for the number of 180s will increase the chances of winning, and if no correct predictions are made, each entrant will still have one entry in the draw.
How will the winner be notified?Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw. It is the responsibility of the winner to monitor their contact information for notification.
What does the winner need to do to claim the prize?The winner must claim the prize and agree on a delivery or collection date within 90 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and an alternative winner being selected.
What are the terms regarding liability?Cinch limits its liability to the fullest extent permissible by law, and will not be responsible for losses caused by third parties, events beyond their control, or any unavailability of their websites. Legal rights for consumers regarding faulty products remain unaffected.
Are there any publicity rights?By entering the promotion, winners agree that Cinch may announce their names and/or social media handles on its platforms and may request participation in reasonable publicity related to the promotion.
What happens if the promotion is cancelled or varied?Cinch reserves the right to cancel or vary the promotion if necessary, including in cases of legal breaches or unforeseen events. In such cases, prizes may still be awarded from entries received before the cancellation.
