Who can enter the Promotion?The Promotion is open to all persons over eighteen (18) years of age and who are resident in Great Britain. Employees and family members of employees of Monster Energy, Zuffa, LLC, or its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
When can they enter?The Promotion will commence at 00:00 on 15.07.2023 and close at 23:59 on 30.09.2023.
How can they enter?Entrants may enter the Promotion by submitting their details on the Website, including full name, residential address, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
What can they win and what is the prize worth?Each valid entry will be entered into a prize draw to win a trip for two (2) people to New York, USA, for four (4) nights between November and December 2023. The prize includes:
1. Two (2) general access tickets to one (1) UFC® event at Madison Square Garden.
2. A four (4) night stay for two (2) people in twin room accommodation of at least three (3) star rating.
3. Economy flight return tickets for two (2) people from an airport in the United Kingdom to an airport in the United States of America.
4. Return economy transfers from the Hotel to the Event.
The total worth of the prize is not specified in the terms and conditions.
Please note that additional costs related to the prize, such as tax, valid health insurance for travel, transportation, sustenance, and anything not specifically included in the prize definition, will be borne by the winner.
Is there anything else the winner needs to know?The winner and one (1) person of their choice must be approved by Monster Energy, be over the age of eighteen (18), and be resident in Great Britain. The winner and the chosen person must have valid passports that do not expire before 30.06.24 to redeem the prize.
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner and their chosen person will be required to provide eligibility proof and sign a waiver prepared by Monster Energy specific to the prize.
The winner is responsible for providing any required documentation and fulfilling any legal requirements for the prize and/or documentation required by law and/or Monster Energy.
How will the winner be notified and when will they receive the prize?The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within seven (7) days of the prize draw. The details of the prize delivery will be determined by Monster Energy and communicated to the winner at the time of notification.
Is there any limit to the number of entries an individual can submit?Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per person. Any individual submitting more than one entry may be refused entry to the promotion.
Is there a legal recourse for disputes?The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Entrants can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts, and if an entrant lives in Scotland, they can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or English courts.
