Rules
1. The prize consists of:
- A 3-night weekend or 4-night mid-week break for 2 at Humble Bee in Devon
- A 3-night weekend or a 4-night midweek break for up to 4 at Netherby Treehouse in Cumbria
- A 3-night weekend or a 4-night midweek break for up to 8 at The Chickenshed in Monmouthshire
All stays must take place in 2018 and can be taken for any date (Excluding July, August, half-term(s), school holidays, bank holidays, Valentine's, Christmas and Easter).
2. Canopy & Stars will choose one main winner at random to win all 3 Canopy & Stars. Entry is via the competition form.
3. The final holiday prizes will depend on property availability and we reserve the right to choose the closest alternative property if the initially property featured is not available. No cash alternative is available.
4. The competition winner will be notified within one working week of the closing date of the competition, 31 March 2018. If the Promoter is not able to get in contact with the winner by 10 April, 2018, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
5. Each stay is on a self-catering basis. Travel to and from the prize destinations is not included. Each stay is subject to availability and must be booked before 31 May 2018. We would however advise all stays are booked as far in advance as possible.
6. If the winner has already booked a stay at one of the prize destinations, Canopy & Stars will refund the equivalent value of the stay.
7. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday's Canopy & Stars and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
8. Entry is limited to one per person. The stays may be transferrable by prior agreement with Canopy & Stars but are not to be resold. In the case of transferring a prize to a friend or family remember, Canopy & Stars requires full details of the person taking the holiday at the time of booking.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.canopyandstars.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
11. The Promoter or agencies involved in this promotion will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.
12. Sawday’s Canopy & Stars reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
13. The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
14. The holiday element of the prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative destination of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.
15. Sawday’s Canopy & Stars are committed to protecting your personal information and other data, which is collected by us or provided to us via your use of our website. Any information you submit as part of this competition will only be passed on to third parties with your consent and any additional information collected by us is used in order to contact winners and arrange prizes.
16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
