When can someone enter the Promotion?The Promotion will commence at 00:00 on 01.04.2023 (“Commencement Date”) and the Promotion will close at 23:59 on 30.09.2023 (“Closing Date”).
How can someone enter the Promotion?Entrants may enter the Promotion by submitting their details on the website www.monsterenergy.com/mexico_GB_23, including their full name, residential address, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
What is the prize and its worth?Each valid entry will be entered into a prize draw to win a trip for two (2) people to Mexico for four (4) nights (between 01 October 2022 and 30 November 2023, exact dates to be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion). The prize includes four (4) night stay for two (2) people in twin room accommodation of no less than a three (3) star rating; one (1) Monster Energy® activity to be determined by Monster Energy in its absolute discretion, subject to availability; return economy flight tickets for two (2) people from an airport in Great Britain to an airport in Mexico; and return economy transfers for the Winner and their Elected Person from Destination Airport to Hotel. The total worth of the prize is not disclosed in the terms and conditions.
What are the requirements to redeem the Prize?The Winner and the Elected Person must hold valid passports that do not expire before 31.05.2024 in order to redeem the Prize. Before being declared the Winner and receiving the Prize, a potential Winner and their Elected Person will be required to prove eligibility, including proof of age, residence, identity, and sign a waiver prepared by Monster Energy.
Can the Prize be exchanged for cash?The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that the Winner is unable to claim the Prize for any reason whatsoever.
What are the General Terms of the Promotion?The Promotion and these Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and entrants can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions in the English courts. The Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity resulting from the Promotion if requested to do so by Monster Energy, and the Winner and the Elected Person acknowledge that Monster Energy can use their name, photograph, and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity relating to the Promotion as described in Monster Energy’s privacy policy.
