Hotel Du Vin, Exeter
After an evening of traditional proms favourites and a spectacular firework finale, head into Exeter city centre for a stay at the Hotel Du Vin, situated in the iconic building that was formerly the West of England Eye Hospital. The next morning, take a walk through Exeter's historic city centre to Queen St Dining, for breakfast at KuPP, a modern restaurant putting a British twist on Scandinavian ingredients.
