Details of the Competition
1.1 Entrants must have registered their interest to take part via the online form. An entrant will be selected at random from eligible entries.
1.2 By registering their interest, an entrant confirms they are willing to play the game live on the radio.
1.3 The Entrant will then be asked to correctly name 5 things in 10 seconds. They must name all five things correctly order to win the prize. We will only accept the first answer given to a question, any subsequent answers will not be taken into consideration. The entrant may not pass on any question. If any question is answered incorrectly, the game will cease at that point.
1.4 Eligible Entrants who fail to win may enter again for subsequent rounds to participate again provided three months has elapsed since the last occasion. The radio station reserves the right to amend this if no other callers are available to play.
1.5 Spot Prizes may be given throughout the Duration of the Competition at the discretion of the Radio Station.
1.6 The Radio Station reserves the right at any time to reveal clues at their discretion on-air on all or any of the Free Radio stations and online and on social media such as Facebook and Twitter.
1.7 The Radio Station reserves the right to increase or decrease the frequency of rounds throughout the Duration of the Competition.
1.8 The Radio Station reserves the right to pre-record any or all of the competition rounds with eligible entrants.
1.9 The Radio Station will do all it can to ensure the accuracy of the questions asked, and may sometimes be specific in the answer required.
1.10 The Radio Station reserves the right to ask an Entrant to repeat any answers that they deem unclear or inaudible, the clock will continue counting down should this occur.
1.11 Where there is subsequent debate about the answer to any question, the Radio Station shall make best efforts to check the answer again. Its decision shall be final. In the event that an answer given by the Radio Station is proven incorrect beyond reasonable doubt, it shall do its best to put the competitor in the same position as they would have been had the dispute not occurred. This may be off-air. No prize shall fall due just because an error has been made; but the station will make best efforts to make sure they are not disadvantaged in the competition.
1.12 In the case that the Radio Station makes an error in the delivery of the competition which significantly impedes an Entrant’s likelihood of winning, it shall consider the circumstances. If it believes that the competitor has been appreciably disadvantaged, it shall do its best to put the competitor in the same position as they would have been had the issue not occurred. Its decision shall be final. This may be off-air. No prize shall fall due just because this has occurred; but the station will make best efforts to make sure they are not disadvantaged in the competition.
2.1 Entrants must be 18 or over, UK residents and live in the registered transmission survey postal code area (TSA) for the Dan Morrissey Hits At Breakfast show. A list of eligible post codes can be requested from the Radio Station.

2.4 By entering this Competition all Entrants (including the winner) agree to take part in or co-operate with publicity and agree that their reasons for seeking to win may be broadcast on-air, online at freeradio.co.uk and on social media.
