While chatting about the new season stock filling the rails in Debenhams, we asked them what they thought the most wearable spring trends are, and Abigail suggested florals, embroidery and lace:

While chatting about the new season stock filling the rails in Debenhams, we asked them what they thought the most wearable spring trends are, and Abigail suggested florals, embroidery and lace:
“Floral designs are lovely to wear in the spring. There’s a wide range of garments and accessories available with florals on them, from bold all over prints to more subtle pieces. Embroidery is also everywhere - on dresses, tops, jackets and jeans! Wearing an embroidered piece is a pretty and easy way to stay on trend this season. Lace is having a moment too, and there are a number of different styles available to suit everyone, from lace blouses to more formal lace dresses.”
We were also keen to find out if there is a key piece everyone should have in their wardrobe for spring. Liz decided that a bell sleeve blouse is a must-have:
“Everyone should have a bell sleeve blouse in their wardrobe this spring. A bell sleeve can be worn by ladies of all ages and body types and is a piece that will instantly update your spring style.”
Lastly, we wanted to know about the best style transformation they’ve ever helped someone achieve, and it seemed there was one lady that stuck in Elia's mind:
“Only last week we had a lady in who was the mother of the groom. She’d chosen two dresses that turned out to be unsuitable, so we picked out some options to flatter her figure and age. We also got her a fascinator, a bag and a pair of shoes to match. When she turned around to look in the mirror she cried with happiness because she felt "amazing" and looked "fabulous".”
