Winners must be based in the UK and be aged over 18. If travel visas are required then it is the winners responsibility to complete this and pay any costs. This competition is open to members of the public aged 18 and over only. Employees of Brightsun Travel, employees of Thai Airlines and employees of the Thai Tourist Board are not eligible to participate. Furthermore, agents and distributors, employees of the marketing or media agencies contracted by Brightsun Travel and anyone connected with this competition are not eligible to participate.
The promoters are Brightsun Travel at 14 Hanworth Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 1UA, United Kingdom. All decisions made by the promoters in all matters regarding this competition are final.
The competition starts at 9:00am GMT on 1st of June 2017 and ends at 9:00am GMT on 28th of July 2017 (closing date). Entries received after the closing date of the competition will not be considered.

Competition Rules:
Members of the public are invited to select their three preferred activities in the various categories to win the prize (as described below). The competition can be entered via the Brightsun Facebook page or Brightsun website. One entry per user. You may only participate in the competition once, irrespective of using Facebook or the website to enter.
Any person entering this competition (“Entrant”) may name a friend as a travel partner (you are not legally obliged to take your chosen friend on the trip.) Any travel partner nominated by an entrant may enter the competition as well. This friend can also invite the original competition entrant as their friend. Entrants wishing to participate in this competition are required to agree to Facebook’s request for permission page.
Winner selection:
The winning entrant (“Winner”) will be chosen at random from those who submitted their selection of activities. The promoter’s decision in all matters regarding the awarding of the prize is final and binding. The winner will be contacted by a Brightsun Travel representative via the email provided during the registration process, within 24 hours. If the winner does not reply to this email within 24 hours, he or she will be disqualified and an alternative entrant will be awarded the prize.
Prize:
The prize consists of 2 direct return economy tickets to Bangkok and internal flights to Phuket with Thai Airways. 3 nights at the 4 star Furama-Silom hotel in Bangkok and 3 nights in a villa at the 5 star Vijitt Resort Phuket. Hotel accommodation is valid at the specified hotels only and must be redeemed during the same time period as flights.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, modify, or offer an alternative prize of equal value at any time, if it is not possible to award the respective prize.
Fulfilment of travel is subject to availability of seats and hotel rooms at the time of booking.
Travel Dates:
This prize is for 2 return Economy flights from London to Bangkok with Thai Airways inclusive of taxes and 2 return economy tickets with Thai Airways for internal flights from Bangkok to Phuket, tickets valid until December 2017 and subject to availability.
It also includes 3 nights at the Furama Silom Bangkok in a standard room, one room for 2 people with breakfast, valid only from August 2017-14th Dec 2017 and subject to availability and 3 nights at the 5 star Vijitt Resort Phuket for 2 people, one villa- with breakfast, valid only from August to 14th Dec 2017 and subject to availability.
The travel must be completed by travel dates above, if winner cannot use the accommodation for dates above then they can claim the flight and pay for their own accommodation through Brightsun Travel, or forfeit the prize.
Tickets must be used by yourself and a companion travelling together in both directions. · The hotel is subject to availability and is on a twin or double sharing basis, including breakfast. If you would like to extend the trip by adding extra nights, these can be done at your own cost via Brightsun Travel.
Your passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
If you cannot use this prize and wish to return it to Brightsun Travel, or do not book your travel by 30th September 2017, Brightsun Travel will retract the prize automatically.
The Winner shall be solely responsible for:
Paying any and all taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize awarded in this competition, including but not limited to: country, state, local taxes and VAT; paying all relevant airport taxes and airport charges; ensuring that all proper travel documents, including passport and visas have been obtained in advance of travel; obtaining travel insurance if desired; ensuring that the winner and any companions are fit enough to travel, indemnifying and holding harmless the promoters from and against any and all damages, losses, costs, injuries and claims arising out of or in connection with the participation by the winner in this competition and acceptance and use of the prize.
