Wow what an eye-catching front cover. It’s bright, with gorgeous illustrations. It actually has a slight fluorescence colour scheme to it.
Under the Love Umbrella is a book about fears that young children may have. Whether that’s a fear of the dark, change, loud noises or why they are anxious. I believe it’s designed for ages 2-6 years, still a little young for my 1-year-old but she still loves flipping through the colourful pages.
I adore the way the author describes the scenarios in the book, and the words are full of emotion and love. It’s fantastically illustrated and it just makes the book come alive.
It’s a hardback book with great quality pages, a keeper for the coffee table.
