1.COMPETITION MECHANIC
AND HOW TO WIN
Entrants are invited to go online to answer the question and enter their details. One winner
will then be selected from all the entrants who answered correctly via an electronic random
draw.
This competition is running across 9 different radio stations and Closer online. There will be 1
overall winner.
The winner must satisfy the Terms and Conditions, otherwise their entry will become invalid
and a new winner will be selected.
The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw on Monday 19th March 2018.

Prize Terms and Conditions are:
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes
Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays (both UK and Mallorca).
At least one person must be over the age of 18 years. Flights must be booked a
minimum of 4 months in advance. Transport to and from Airport not included.
Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the
winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the
closest. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they
should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and
surcharges.
• Driver must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driver’s licence for a
minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage
waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. Petrol will be at your own
cost. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of
between £500- £1,000 (dependant on car hire company) available for security
deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle. Should the winner be
unable to drive, return transfers from the airport to the hotel will be provided as an
alternative with all other transfers and taxi journey’s being at the winner’s own
expense.
• Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults and two children sharing a
two-bedroom apartment with lounge, kitchenette and bathroom on a bed and
breakfast basis.
• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical
conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
• Spending money is not included.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from
the date of our initial correspondence with them

including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be
shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the
prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be
used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. If you have, your details will be used in

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry
both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means
that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve
submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may
film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these
films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts
and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may
have had.
3. MISCELLANEOUS.
a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think
you’ve breached them.
b. One entry per person
c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our
decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
d. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
e. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
f. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the
Competition / the Prize.
g. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances
outside our control.
