Who can enter the prize draw?The prize draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families of HMV, its affiliates, and any associated companies are not eligible to enter.
When does the prize draw close?The prize draw starts on 24th July 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 8th September 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
How can one enter the prize draw?There are two ways to enter:
1. Complete the online entry form on hmv.com. You can sign up for the HMV mailing list, and your entry will be registered upon submitting the form.
2. Alternatively, make a purchase of over £30 on any Mixx Audio product on hmv.com. Your entry will be registered once the transaction is completed.
What are the prizes?The main prize consists of:
- One £150 Ticketmaster voucher.
- One pair of Mixx Audio StreamQ C4 ANC Bluetooth headphones.
Additionally, there are six runners-up prizes, each comprising:
- One pair of Mixx Audio StreamQ C4 ANC Bluetooth headphones.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool consists of the value of the main prize (£150 for the Ticketmaster voucher) plus the value of seven pairs of Mixx Audio StreamQ C4 ANC Bluetooth headphones. Assuming the retail price of each pair of headphones is around £100, the total prize pool is approximately:
- £150 (Ticketmaster voucher) + (7 x £100) = £150 + £700 = £850.
Are there any conditions on the prizes?The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-changeable, with no cash alternative. HMV reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary. Prizes will be delivered to the UK address provided by the winner within a reasonable time.
