Who can enter this competition?The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over with a residential postcode within the Metro Radio, GHR North East, TFM & GHR Teesside transmission areas.

Participants should select a prize from the dropdown box, enter their details for the chosen prize, and submit their entry. Each entrant can enter for more than one prize but can only enter once per prize.
What is the prize?There are 12 individual prizes, and each winner will receive the following:
- One night dinner, bed, and breakfast stay for 2 people at one of the following inns:

- The Tynemouth Castle Inn
- The Black Swan, Helmsley

- The prize must be redeemed and booked within 12 months of notification, excluding blackout dates (December 23rd – 27th Dec 2024 and 30th Dec 2024 – 2nd Jan 2025) and bank holidays.
