March: a month of mellow vegfulness, where soils are rich with bulbous roots and fork-wielding potato pickers come into their own.
In honour of this glorious month, and thanks to the excellent folk at the National Garden Scheme, we’re giving three jolly lucky winners their very own potato patch to dig, along with a wonderfully inspiring Garden Guide. The victors will snap up the whole hog: potato seeds, a willow planter and a magical harvesting scoop, along with a hessian spud sack to ensure their potatoes are constantly whispering ‘homegrown’ from the corner of the room, and that guests make comments like, “Golly, you grew them yourself? How impressive!” on a regular basis.
