What is the duration of the competition with Molton Brown?The competition is open for entries until 23:59pm on 18th June 2025.
Who is eligible to enter the competition?The competition is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older. Employees or contractors of the Promoter and their direct family members are not eligible to participate.
How can participants enter the competition?Participants can enter the competition by visiting the Cruise Collective website at https://www.cruise-collective.com/ and registering via the competition page. Only one entry per person is allowed.
What personal information must entrants provide for the competition?Entrants must supply their name and email address to Our Media Limited. The Promoter will handle personal details in accordance with the Cruise Collective Privacy Policy available on their website.
How will the winner be selected in the competition?The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner is final.
What happens if the winner cannot be contacted?If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 28 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up or re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
Is there a cash alternative for the prize?There is no cash alternative for the prize, and it cannot be transferred to anyone other than the winner and their guest. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
What information about the winner will be available?The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending a self-addressed envelope to Cruise Collective Competitions, Our Media Limited, Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information.
Can the Promoter change the competition rules?The Promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the competition at any stage if deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
