The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to “The BodyHoliday” radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 15th January 2018 to Sunday 28th January 2018 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com and answer one question and register their details.
Online entry will open at 00:01 on 15/01/18 and close at 23:59 on 28/01/18.
One winner will be selected at random from all correct eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
1x winner will win a 7-night night stay for 2 adults at the BodyHoliday in St Lucia that includes:
- All-inclusive basis
- Return flights with British Airways from London Gatwick
- Transfers in St Lucia
- Airport taxes
Prize Terms and Conditions:
The prize cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Transfers to and from UK airport not included.
The prize is valid from 01 May 2018- 15 December 2018.
The prize is valid for 2 adults sharing a Run of House category room.
Rooms are subject to availability at time of booking.
The Prize includes a programme of a daily spa treatment for 50 minutes, excluding date of arrival and departure.
There may be some additional costs such as certain drinks at the bar, a few dishes in the TAO restaurant, extra scuba diving lessons etc.
The holiday cannot be taken at peak holidays, e.g. school/public holidays.
Private transfers to and from the BodyHoliday are included.
The prize does not include travel visas, personal spending money & supplementary food and drink.
Flights are based on World Traveller (economy) seats.
The winner and their companion must have a valid passport and where necessary, a valid visa. .
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
