1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
To take part in the competition, the entrant must answer the question correctly. All correct answers will go into a random draw and one winner will be chosen by random electronic draw and awarded the prize. This is a shared prize across 12 Bauer Brands.

3. DATES Start Date and End Date. From 00:01 on 1st October 2018 (Start Date) to 23:59 on 3rd October 2018. (End Date).

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. At least one member of the travelling party must be aged 21 or over.
• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.
Anyone who has won a bauer Competition to the value of £500 or more in the past 6 months or less, is not eligible to enter this competition.

Dates of travel are Thursday 4th - Sunday 7th April 2019.
Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
At least one person travelling must be aged 18 or over.
If winner is under 18 then his/her guest must be his/her parent or guardian.
Hotel is based on two people sharing one room. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover incidentals.
Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
Winner and his/her guest must have and are responsible for valid e-passports and visas/permissions if applicable.
Winner and his/her guest must possess a valid ESTA issued via the US Visa Waiver programme: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. Only winners/guests with valid visas do not require this.
Except for the one guest permitted to you as part of your prize, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the Prize trip. Your guest may not be selected through any further contest, promotion or commercial event. You and your guest must travel on the same itinerary from a Sponsor-selected airport near your home. Once selected, your guest may not be changed without the express consent of Warner Bros., which Warner Bros. may grant or withhold in its sole discretion.
Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.

The winner will be responsible for travel to and from UK airports and their home.

You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.
b. Participants may not enter more than once
c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
d. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
e. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
f. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
