RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Search for a Disney Super Family’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Saturday 08 August 2020 to Friday 21 August 2020 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Saturday 8th August 2020 and close at 10:00 on Thursday 20th August 2020.
4. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk, register their details and upload a family photo inspired by Disney characters, the movies or the attractions of the Disneyland Paris. The Entrant must submit a short summary in 300 characters or less telling us why they are the ultimate Disney family and what they love about the magic of Disneyland Paris. They will be asked to make their entry fun and feel good.
5. Images must be 12mb or less.
6. You confirm you are responsible for and have obtained the consent of this activity from all participants in the image, including the consent of the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) of any participants under the age of 18.
7. There will be two winners overall. The first winning Entrant will be selected from all eligible entries received by Wednesday 19th August at 10:00. The second winning Entrant will be selected from all eligible entries received by Thursday 20th August at 10:00.
8. Entries will be judged on the criteria of being the most feel good, fun and creative whilst showing they are the ultimate Disney family; displaying a passion for Disney, it’s characters, the movies or attractions at Disneyland Paris. A Heart producer will select two winning entries based on this criteria, the producer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Of the two winning Entrants, one may be brought to air on Thursday 20th August 2020 and the other may be brought to air on Friday 21st August 2020. Winners must be able to take a video call between 06:00-10:00 on the two days listed above. Winners may be required to talk to the presenter(s). The conversation may also be recorded off-air and played on-air, audio or video. If the caller fails to answer a call from Global in the hours stated above, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated they will they will forfeit their place in the competition and another winner will be selected from the process outlined in point 8.
10. By submitting an image to the site www.heart.co.uk to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the image; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the image in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
Eligibility:
11. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
12. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition. An Entrant can only win once during the competition period.
13. Entrants must hold a valid passport.
Prize:
14. Global are continuously monitoring the latest Covid-19 pandemic developments; if circumstances change Global reserves the right to substitute the below prizes at its absolute discretion.
15. Disney will provide two (2), two (2) night, three (3) day holiday packages to Disneyland Paris. Each package is valid for one (1) prize winner and up to three (3) guests sharing one standard room in Disneyland Paris. Each Prize Package includes:
16. Return transport to Disneyland Paris, travelling by Eurostar in standard class direct to Disneyland Paris from London St Pancras, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International OR an economy class return flight from a selected regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle.
17. Two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room at a Disney Hotel (excluding Disneyland Hotel), including continental breakfast
18. Four (4) x three (3) Day Park Hopper tickets valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park
19. Meal Vouchers to cover meals for the duration of the three (3) day trip, covering three (3) lunches and two (2) dinners.
20. Any costs incurred in addition to the Prize Trip elements listed above shall be incurred at the prize winner’s and/or their guests’ expense including but not limited to: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and any other incidental expenses. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.
21. The holiday must be taken before 8th August 2021 and all date requests are subject to availability. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 30 days out from preferred travel dates. Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability. Certain restrictions and block out dates may apply. Arrival dates between 22nd December 2020 and 1st January 2021 are excluded.
22. The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.
23. Winners are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements.
24. Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Disney.
25. Prize Trip package and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
26. Disney Destinations International reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize Trip package at any time. There is no alternative prize and the Prize Trip cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
