It helps Mums to learn how to tune into their baby, follow their signs, respect what they’re trying to communicate and honour their baby’s development individually. This prize is a nurturing 6 week Baby Yoga course that involves movement, massage and songs that will increase your affection and love. This helps babies’ brains and bodies to develop healthily and happily, plus it helps Mums to relax, grow in confidence and become stronger. The classes are all about creativity, care and connection, but most of all having FUN!
