1. Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.


2. There is one prize to be won – £400 shopping vouchers.


3. We reserve the right to deliver the prize up to 6 weeks from the point at which we are notified of the winner, however it is likely to be delivered much quicker than this.


4. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.


5. The prize must be taken as offered and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize cannot be transferred.


6. We reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater total value in the event that it is unable to provide the prize stated for reasons beyond its control. For example, we may provide a hot tub of lower value with additional accessories.


7. Northern & Shell employees are excluded from participation.


8. The winner will be selected at random by a standard computer process and shall be notified by email.


9. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address they provide upon registration and entry are valid and correct.


10. If the winner fails to provide an address/ valid email address for delivery of the prize within one calendar month of notification of their win or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize and the we reserve the right to disqualify the winner (without further liability to Northern and Shell) and offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant.


11. The winner may be included in publicity material, and by entering into this competition, entrants consent to their name and image being used by us for publicity purposes in the event that they win.

13. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited and will not be counted.
